This pan seared whitefish is a quick, high protein meal. To add a bit more flavor, use half olive oil and half butter in your skillet.

Ingredients
4 - 6 Whitefish Filets (Fresh, or thawed, if frozen)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Sear fish 2-3 minutes per side until light golden and cooked through. Do not crowd the skillet when cooking the fish.
