About the Recipe

A flavorful crust highlights the whitefish filets and helps retain the moisture in the fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 Whitefish Filets (Fresh, or thawed, if frozen)

  • Breadcrumbs (1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup, depending on the number of filets)

  • Paprika

  • Parmesan Cheese (1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup, depending on the number of filets)

  • Melted Butter

  • Milk, 1/2 Cup


Preparation

Step 1


Prepare the breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Add approximately 1 teaspoon paprika to the mixture.



Step 2


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit, 190 degrees celcius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3


Dip the filets in milk, then the breadcrumbs/parmesean/paprika mixture.


Step 4


Drizzle with melted butter, and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
