About the Recipe
This is a great recipe when you're pressed for time and want a healthy protein choice. In less than 20 minutes from start to finish, it can be on your table, ready to eat.

Ingredients
4 - 6 Whitefish Filets (fresh or thawed, if frozen)
Butter (cut into pats)
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Step 2
Place filets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Dot with butter, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake at 425 degree F (220 degrees celcius) for 10-12 minutes until opaque.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley and lemon zest.
