1/2 teaspoon garlic very finely minced
▢1 tablespoon honey
▢2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
▢3 tablespoon lemon juice
▢2 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped
▢1/4 cup olive oil*
▢1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
For the Salad:
Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion and smoked salmon.
Dress with a lemon-dill vinaigrette for a refreshing and healthy meal.
You can customized your salad by adding ingredients like avocado, cucumber, feta or soft boiled eggs.
