Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette


  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic very finely minced

  • ▢1 tablespoon honey

  • ▢2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ▢3 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ▢2 tablespoon fresh dill finely chopped

  • ▢1/4 cup olive oil*

  • ▢1/4 teaspoon salt


Preparation

For the Salad:


Combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion and smoked salmon.
